Community Care Program

The Illinois Community Care Program (CCP), funded by Medicaid, helps seniors and disabled individuals stay home by offering financial assistance for in-home care. This can be a great option for families!
Family members can become paid caregivers through CCP, receiving reimbursement for essential tasks like bathing, dressing, and medication management. CCP can also provide caregiver training and offer peace of mind through financial support.
All CCP caregivers are trained and paid through home care agencies like Paid.care.
